Daan De Wever
- Managing Director
Managing Director: Daan De Wever, born in 1980, completed the Management Program at Vlerick and is one of the founders of Destiny, together with his brother Samuel. Daan, also a successful entrepreneur, co-founded Belgian Network Solutions in 2001 and was at the basis of Infranea in 2004, an engineering company in construction specialized in 3D engineering.
Samuel De Wever
- Chief Technology Officer
CTO: Samuel De Wever, born in 1986 and one of the founders of Destiny. Samuel has a successful entrepreneur record in the Belgian ICT industry. Before founding Destiny, he founded Belgian Network Solutions in 2001 at the age of 16 years, a multi-niche data center services firm.
- Chief Financial Officer
CFO: Dominique Vercammen, born in 1960, degree in finance and accounting, joined Destiny in 2013. Dominque has more than 30 years of experience in several executive finance positions in different companies like Groupe AG, CERA, LVH/BMZ. Before joining Destiny, Dominique was Financial Manager for Icos Vision Systems, a successful fast growing company that was brought to Nasdaq/Euronext.
- Director Sales and Marketing
Director Sales and Marketing: Joachim Lauwers, Joachim Lauwers, born in 1975, degree in engineering, joined Destiny in 2013. Before joining Destiny, Joachim was Country Manager for Certipost/Basware, a company active in electronic invoicing and financial software systems. During the 15 years before that, Joachim held several executive management positions in marketing, sales and business unit management in Versatel, KPN and Mobistar.

For the internet connectivity we work together with partners such as Cogent Communications, Level3 Communications, Tinet (Tiscali Network), Highwinds Network Group,… Additionally, we are directly connected to different peering exchanges (FreeBIX Brussels, and AMS-IX Amsterdam) and private peerings with content providers.
