Warranty

Every device from Destiny has a one-year warranty. It starts as soon as the invoice for the device has been paid.

Is your device broken?

Then check when you bought it. No idea any more? Send an email to support@destiny.be and we will check it for you.

  • Is your device still under warranty? Then we will send you a new one anyway.
  • Is your device no longer under warranty but you would still like to replace it? Your account manager (reachable via MyDestiny) will take the necessary steps and provide you with a new device. You can then choose:
    • Either we send the device directly to you (plug-and-play installation).
    • Or we can send a technician to install the device for you.
