Unified Communications Engineer

Destiny is looking for an Unified Communications Engineer. And not just anyone! An internal account manager sees to the satisfaction of his or her own Destiny clients. You will bring new solutions to prospects by means of modern video calling techniques. The Internal Account Manager also promotes Destiny’s services to existing clients with a view to a renewal/upgrade to their current contracts. You will also be responsible for scheduling initial, high-quality familiarization meetings with potential clients for the field account managers. A client-oriented approach and a focus on solution are key factors!

What will you do?

  • Support the Destiny group in our UC solution.
  • Take responsibility for UC deployments, troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization of IP telephony.
  • Work and collaborate with other teams to define the best strategy on UC.

What do you need?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable function
  • Knowledge of SIP that reaches an expert level
  • Knowledge of VoIP and UC Services: Mitel TELEPO, 3CX, BroadSoft
  • Experience with Virtualized telco infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Roaming, SIM, mobile devices
  • Knowledge of linux environment is necessary
  • Fluently in English and French/Dutch
