Chatbot Sales Consultant

As Chatbot Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the sales of our innovative chatbot solution, Faqbot. You are the link with the customer and make every effort to offer them the best possible solution in order to support them with the digital challenges of tomorrow.

What will you do?

  • You will identify potential leads and their needs, in order to introduce them to a tailor-made Faqbot solution
  • You will attend meetings with customers and develop sales presentations for this purpose, directed at senior executives.
  • You will analyse the customer’s needs so that you can offer them a fair and competitive quotation.
  • You will coordinate the internal follow-up of quotations via our CRM system.

What do you need?

  • You have at least two years’ experience in a sales-oriented role;
  • You have experience in value/solution selling;
  • You have great sales and negotiating skills
  • You are a true team player with a positive mindset;
  • you speak fluent English and have a command of French and Dutch (at least one of the two).
  • You are familiar with chatbots and IA solutions would be an advantage.
