Human Resource Business Partner

Destiny is looking for an HR Business Partner. And not just anyone! As HR Business Partner you are responsible for the onboarding, talent management, mobility, engagement and retention of your colleagues. Herefore, you work closely together with your colleagues of the HR team – and the team leads within the organization.  You are the point of contact for the employees and take charge of HR related projects according to current needs.

What will you do?

  • You help build – together with your HR colleagues – the HR policy within Destiny.
  • You maintain your socio-legal knowledge and ensure that HR policies and operations comply with legal requirements.
  • You are an advisor in very diverse questions concerning employees and the functioning of the teams.
  • You are a coach to your colleagues, as regards integration, careers, development and functioning.
  • You support managers in coaching and managing their employees. You are responsible for creating a full leadership training and program.
  • You are responsible for recruitment, competence management, drawing up job descriptions, setting up performance interviews, follow-up onboarding, attendance interviews, exit interviews, …
  • You will co-create two specific programs in 2020: Learning and Development and Onboarding.
  • You take care of the administrative management of the employees (drawing up social and legal documents, employment contracts, insurances, certificates, etc.).
  • You are responsible for the contacts/agreements with the employment agencies we work with.
  • You will be part of the Belgian management team and work closely with every team lead.  

What do you need?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in HR or similar equivalent work experience.
  • You have a good operational knowledge of social legislation.
  • You have strong communicational skills.
  • You’re a people person, you're spontaneous and make contacts easily
  • You’re a great team player.
  • You easily adapt to varying situations and a varying audience.
  • You have good knowledge of English, French and Dutch.
  • Experience in contacts with social partners is an asset.
