Product Content Manager

As Destiny’s product content manager, you will know better than anyone else what content needs to be generated to improve the customer experience. You’ll gather customer feedback via the customers themselves or via the various Destiny teams and convert the resulting needs into videos, manuals, tutorials and other content for our knowledge base. You’ve got a technical background and understand the cloud telecom world, but have an ability to translate it for customers and colleagues that’s second to none.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll continuously optimise and enrich Destiny customers’ digital customer experience (self-service portal, website, mobile app, digital communication etc.)
  • You’ll give online training sessions on a recurrent basis about Destiny’s key services so that Destiny colleagues and the end users at Destiny customers are perfectly up to date at all times about the best way to use the Destiny services or about any innovations
  • You’ll inform our customers on a recurrent basis about updates relating to Destiny’s product portfolio, portal, mobile apps etc. by holding webinars
  • You’ll gather feedback about the various aspects of the digital customer experience such as the self-service portal by means of webinars or face-to-face meetings with customers and from the in-house Destiny teams (Customer Success team, Support, Delivery etc.)
  • In this role, you'll be an interlock with the other members of the Product and Marketing team to put possible new features or improvements on the roadmap so that they are developed
  • You’ll keep the online Frequently Asked Questions up to date
  • You’ll deliver online tutorials for the users of the self-service portal
  • You’ll deliver online tutorials for end users of Destiny services (e.g. on the use of the mobile app)
  • You’ll onboard new Destiny customers on the Destiny self-service portal by leading them through it online and explaining the different elements

What do you need to have?

  • You’ve got a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a product management or marketing environment
  • You've got experience or a strong affinity with Cloud Communication solutions and self-service portals
  • You’ve got a good instinct for the end user experience
  • You’ve got a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
  • You're a highly skilled communicator, both in writing and orally
  • You’ve got a healthy “feet on the ground” attitude and “think customer” in every situation
