Project Manager

As a Project Manager you are responsible for the follow-up and coordination of ongoing Destiny projects. You are the point of contact for your customers, partners and also for your colleagues. You communicate pro-actively with them - and with a customer it should be!

What will you do?

  • You are responsible for the end to end follow up & tracking of new telecom projects, solutions & customer implementation tracks
  • You are able to create a project plan and execute punctually project (sub-)tasks with maximum productivity, revenue assurance & customer satisfaction.
  • You draft and issue project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets and preliminary schedules
  • You are the SPOC (single point of contact) for the customer project delivery & coordinate the orders of third party mediums (copper, fiber, …) to ensure successful  & timely delivery
  • You obtain all necessary technical information to deliver the project and assign/execute the necessary tasks to the delivery engineers and/or project managers, while tracking the progress and quality of work being performed
  • You pro-actively communicate relevant project information to the customer, telecom partner and/or project team (members)
  • You participate to the Fixed Number Porting process in order to execute smooth & correct handling of all FNP projects

What do you need?

  • You have a Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronics/ICT or similar equivalent work experience
  • You have a good knowledge of TCP/IP & routing protocols
  • You are familiar with terms as DNS, DHCP, IP helper, VRRP, BGP, MPLS, …
  • You have experience with Project Management techniques.
    • PM Bok, Prince2, or other certifications are a plus.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English, French and Dutch.
  • You are well organized, stress resistant & able to work independently.
  • You have a customer-centric approach, both towards our internal and external customer.
