Senior Application Support Engineer

As a Senior Support Engineer, you’re part of our Service Team. Together with your teammates, you’re responsible for the second level support of our Unified Communication solutions. You’re a true team player who always puts his customer-mindset first in a creative way.

What will you do?

  • You’re responsible for advanced Incident Management of our Unified Communication solutions:
    • You do the follow-up of the complex incident tickets
    • You resolve customer problems
    • You’re part of the 24/7 Oncall
  • You’re responsible for Change Management:
    • You install and replace equipment at the customer site
    • You make changes in the customer’s configuration upon customer request
  • You report to your Second Line Service team leader daily for continuous improvement of the support team
  • You manage the customer infrastructure
  • You’re responsible for internal projects such as product activation, process evolution, …

What do you need?

  • You want to be part of a new revolution in the communication business.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology (optional)
  • You are used to work in a Linux environment and have a general interest in Open Source software
  • You speak English, French or Dutch fluently (preferably the 3 languages)
  • You're able to keep up with the no-nonsense mentality of a quick growing company
  • You focus on making a customer happy
  • You’re a true problem solver and are eager to learn
  • Knowledge of open standards like SIP and related technology is a plus
  • You have good communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
