Technical Support Trainer

Destiny is looking for a Technical Support Trainer. And not just anyone. As a Technical Support Trainer you will be part of our Service Team. It will be your responsibility to raise your colleagues technically to a higher level and support them with the more difficult support cases. In addition, you will document the support requests and their solutions in our knowledge base as a guide for the Support Engineers.

What will you be doing?

  • You will give your colleagues training so that they can continue to grow on the technical side
  • You will help your colleagues to resolve support tickets
  • You will document frequently occurring problems in our KB Tool Confluence
  • You will be responsible for the advanced incident management of our Unified Communications solutions:
    • You will track the complex incident tickets.
    • You will solve customers’ problems.
    • You will help the escalation manager with technical escalation files.
  • You will report to the support manager and form part of the Support Governance Team to improve support together.
  • You will manage the customer infrastructure.
  • You will be responsible for internal projects such as product activation, process evolution etc.

What do you need to have?

  • You want to be a part of a new revolution in the communications business.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology (optional).
  • You speak fluent English, French or Dutch (preferably all 3 languages).
  • You get along well with the no-nonsense mentality of a fast-growing company.
  • You're a real problem-solver and like to learn.
  • You can deliver technical training effectively at a low-threshold level.
  • You have a good knowledge of SIP and Linux.
  • You have a basic knowledge of networks.
  • You have a basic knowledge of Asterisk.
  • Knowledge of WebRTC, SQL, Scripting is an advantage.
