Adding, changing or removing extra services

Impact on your Destiny contract term

You can add, change or remove Destiny services at any time. These changes are made during the period of your service and have no impact on the term of your contract.

Add, change or remove a Destiny service

We use MACD documents at Destiny. This stands for Move, Add, Change, Delete documents.

Move (relocation)

Are you relocating soon? In that case, you will very probably move your Destiny services as well. Before you can complete a move document to start the migration process, a few administrative matters have to be sorted out. Find out about these at our relocation section.

Add (extra service or office)

Are you an existing Destiny customer at present and would like to add a Destiny service? Or are you opening a new office? That can be handled using the Add form. You tell your account manager what extra services you would like, they check it over and we will fill out the Add document together.

You can easily add some Destiny services yourself:

  • Mobile SIM cards via the MyDestiny portal;
  • UC users via the administrator portal (if you still have enough licenses).

We are working hard to add even more services to the Destiny portal, so that extra services can be ordered even more efficiently.

Change (changing a service)

Do you want increase or decrease the capacity of an existing Destiny service? That’s the advantage of the cloud: scalable and therefore easy to adapt. Together with your account manager, you fill out the current configuration and desired new configuration (e.g. SmartFit Internet Plus to SmartFit Internet Extra).

It is important to state the office at which you want to change this service correctly. That way, we can send technicians to the site quickly and efficiently.

Delete (service removal)

Do you want to delete an existing Destiny service or are you closing an office? In that case, you can – in some cases – easily fill out a Delete document with your account manager.

If you want to cancel entirely, it is best to take the matter up with your account manager or via finance@destiny.be. They will always help you and determine what cancellation procedure is best for your situation and your organisation.
